Autel MaxiSys ADAS MA800

Advanced Mobile ADAS Calibration System

Autel MA800 combines laser-guided positioning, an innovative alignment stand, precision frame adjustment, and integrated MaxiSYS validation to help technicians position calibration targets quickly, accurately, and repeatedly. Whether in the shop or on the road, the MA800 delivers expanded vehicle and ADAS calibration coverage, faster setup, and a streamlined workflow—all in a lightweight, portable system.

Years of ADAS Innovation. Built Into Every Calibration.

Every Autel ADAS calibration system benefits from years of engineering, software development, and real-world technician feedback. The MA800 combines proven calibration workflows, broad vehicle and target support, guided procedures, and integrated documentation into a complete ADAS calibration solution.

Dual Laser Positioning Method

Dual Laser Positioning Method

Incorporate a laser system, can deployed on the front bumper of the vehicle to assist technicians in aligning the unit, make sure they can get the correct vehicle centerline for fast and accurate setup.

Validate With Confidence

The MA800 communicates critical setup measurements—including target height, target distance, and vehicle-to-frame distance—directly to compatible Autel MaxiSYS tablets. The system compares each measurement with OEM-specified tolerances, allowing technicians to verify their setup before calibration begins and helping deliver accurate, repeatable ADAS calibrations.

Precision Pitch, Roll, & Yaw Adjustment

Technicians know that real-world calibration conditions are rarely perfect. That's why the MA800 introduces independent pitch, roll, and yaw adjustment—a significant advancement over the MA600. These precision controls allow fine adjustment of the calibration frame to compensate for uneven floors, vehicle ride height, and other setup variables, helping technicians achieve accurate target placement before calibration begins.

Coverage That Grows With Business

Today's vehicles incorporate more cameras, radar sensors, and ADAS technologies than ever before—and that list continues to grow. The MA800 is engineered to keep pace, supporting more than 95% of US, Asian, and European ADAS-equipped vehicles with compatibility across Autel's comprehensive target family. From forward-facing cameras and Adaptive Cruise Control to Blind Spot Detection and Around View Monitoring, the MA800 helps shops perform the calibrations they need today while remaining ready for the vehicles they'll service tomorrow.

Built for the Way You Work — Modular design

Built for the Way You Work

Whether you're moving between service bays or traveling to customer locations, the MA800 is designed for mobility without compromising precision. Its lightweight four-piece modular frame assembles without tools in less than a minute, transports easily in a service vehicle, and stores compactly when the job is complete. Laser guided positioning and an intuitive setup process help technicians spend less time assembling equipment and more time performing calibrations.

Powered by MaxiSYS. Connected by Autel Cloud.

The MA800 is more than a calibration frame—it's part of the Autel MaxiSYS platform. Compatible MaxiSYS tablets guide technicians through calibration procedures, validate critical setup measurements, and perform pre- and post-calibration scans from the same device.

Through Autel Cloud, calibration reports, diagnostic results, and vehicle records can be securely stored and easily shared with customers, insurance partners, or repair facilities. Continuous software updates help keep the MA800 ready for new vehicle models and evolving ADAS technologies.
